"We sell the best rated, lowest cost Green Widgets for under $100".

Now you need to trim your advert title line to 25 characters.  First get rid of the un-necessary words. The advert now reads:

"Best low cost Green Widgets - under $100".  Better but still too long.  If you are selling them under $100 people can see they are low cost and if they have searched for green widgets then widgets for $100 should suffice:

"Best Widgets under $100" or if you really want Green widgets

"Best Green Widgets $99".  The rest of the description can be contained in the other two lines of 35 characters.
